While we do our best to limit the spread of Covid-19

We have made some changes

For now, clients are not permitted in the building.

Prearrange all visits by phone 250 426-8517.

Wait in your vehicle. When we are ready for you — staff will phone you.

While outside, please maintain the minimum 6 feet physical distancing.

From the sidewalk, staff will take your pet into the hospital.

Dogs on leashes — Cats in carriers only.

Prearranged orders of Pet food and Prescription Medications we will bring outside to your vehicle.

All payments over the phone, in advance when possible
Visa and MasterCard only
(no cash or interact) (during this crises — only)

We will resume normal client access and payment procedures — when we can.

To get through this, we need your patience and understanding. Keep well everyone and we all need to work together.
